NEW ONLINE MEETING WITH STAKEHOLDERS!

📅 Today, an interesting online dissemination event of the DIGITMAN (www.digitman.net) took place online to show and discuss fresults with acility managers and stakeholders from different universities.

👷‍♂️ The event provided an overview of the project, and a detailed description of the services and tools for decision makers’ support in public buildings and large organisations, considering the pillars of operation, maintenance and safety

🖥️ In particular, the DIGITMAN preliminary results concerned on the ongoing status of the decision-making platform, including its modelling and analysis tools, and its specific microservices in “how-to” and “what-if” standpoints for the three facility pillars

🤝 A final discussion session with stakeholders explored the capabilities of DIGITMAN solutions with respect to critical issues in the project pillars

New published paper on DIGITMAN project!

🏢 Building maintenance requests highly affect the building “health status” and thus the perception of quality conditions in buildings data, including issues related to workers’ satisfaction, well-being and possible stress levels

🕵‍♀️ A novel methodology provided by DIGITMAN is based on CMMS (Computer Management Maintenance Systems) and uses indexes to measure both the quantity and the perceived quality of maintenance interventions, through text mining, sentiment and emotion analysis, lexical diversity indices.

👷 The methodology successfully identifies maintenance issues in buildings and highlights differences in perception between workers’ typologies.

❗ Results provide valuable insights for facility managers and organizations, enabling better-informed decisions on maintenance priorities based on both objective data and workers’ feedback.
