DIGITMAN will develop a predictive approach, based on occupancy data integrated into a common digital framework, to improve building stocks management by supporting the correct allocation of technical and economic resources during the real operation of buildings. In particular, DIGITMAN will involve maintenance, operation and safety in large building stocks focusing on pilots applications related to universities as relevant public buildings

Project funding acknowlegment

DIGITMAN has been founded by The Italian Ministry of University and Reseach (MUR) within the PRIN: PROGETTI DI RICERCA DI RILEVANTE INTERESSE NAZIONALE – Bando 2022 – grant number: 2022JMRX2A, and within the NextGenerationEU programme (Mission 4 – Research and Education)

The project started in September 2023 and will end in February 2026
